Our Service Policy
Our Service Guarantee
At RUHEE, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure a positive experience every time. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know at the time of your appointment. You may also contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours after your service, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, the refund amount will be compensated through a full corrective service, where applicable. Corrective services will only be offered in cases where the issue is due to a mistake made by our beauticians. We are unable to provide corrective treatment if you change your mind after the service has been completed.
Clients are requested to contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of the service to discuss the concern and, if applicable, schedule a corrective service. Any corrective service must be completed within 3 days of the original service date.
Reschedule
At RUHEE, we pride ourselves on our flexibility. Please reach out to us on Whatsapp should you wish to change the time and date of your service at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled booking time, otherwise Cancellation policy applies. We will always do our best to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation
We understand things pop up all the time. We just ask for you to kindly cancel the service you have booked 4 hours prior to the scheduled time for a free cancellation, otherwise a minimum charge of 150 AED is levied. If the cancellation is immediately prior to the booking time or a no-show, the full service-cost is levied.

It is important for you to know how your personal information may be collected, stored and used during your visit to our website. This information may include:
Transactions you are conducting on RUHEE'S website, including the process of booking a service through Whatsapp, Registration details used to create an account, name and email addresses provided for booking purposes.
Please note that any personal information, including all credit or debit card details used for transaction(s) on our website will not be stored nor shared with any third party.
Once you choose a service, simply click the Book Now button and book online. If you prefer to chat with us, simply click here and one of our beauticians will be in touch with you.
Monday to Sunday from 9am to 11pm.
Your RUHEE beautician will consult with you prior to the service to understand your preferences and would make recommendations if you like.
Payments can be made via the following options: cash on the day, online payment link. We also provide debit card services post your treatment – for this please advise at time of appointment booking and we will ensure the card reader is with our beauticians when they visit you.
